Privacy Policy

This website is operated by Maeranie 2022 Co., Ltd. ("Sorndekcoding", "we"). We respect the privacy of our students and their parents and handle personal data in accordance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

1. Data we collect

• Student details: name, nickname, age, email, learning progress and lesson history.
• Parent/guardian contact details (email, phone, Facebook name).
• Payment records (course purchases; PromptPay/bank transfer slips).
• For award payouts only, if you choose to claim a prize: ID-card copy and bank account number (stored privately, see section 4).
• Basic technical data (log, IP) for security and to prevent abuse.

2. Why we use it

• To provide lessons, live 1-on-1 classes, homework support and certificates.
• To process enrolments and payments.
• To send class reminders and important notices by email.
• To keep the service secure and prevent fraud/abuse.

3. Sharing with service providers

We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with trusted providers that help us run the service: email delivery (Brevo), video hosting, live-class video calls (Google Meet) and payment (PromptPay/bank). Each processes data only on our behalf.

4. Sensitive documents

ID-card copies and bank details submitted to claim an award are stored on private storage, are never publicly accessible, are viewable only by authorised administrators for the sole purpose of paying the award, and are deleted once no longer required.

5. Children’s data

Our students are children. Accounts are created by parents/guardians or by our staff at the parent’s request, and we rely on parental consent for the collection and use of a child’s data.

6. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and protected with security headers, rate limiting and access controls. Sensitive documents are kept on private storage. No online service can be 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

7. Requests from public authorities

If a public authority or law-enforcement agency requests users' personal data, we always: (1) review the legality of the request before taking any action; (2) refuse or challenge requests that are unlawful or exceed the requesting authority's powers, consulting legal counsel where appropriate; (3) disclose only the minimum information necessary to comply with the applicable law; (4) document every request in writing — the requesting party, the scope of data, the legal basis and our response; and (5) notify affected users where we are legally permitted to do so.
