Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Sorndekcoding website and learning service, operated by Maeranie 2022 Co., Ltd. ("Sorndekcoding", "we"). By enrolling, logging in or using the service, you (the student and the parent/guardian) accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

1. Our service

We provide coding courses for children — video lessons, live 1-on-1 classes via Google Meet, homework support, exercises and certificates. We may improve, update or adjust course content and features over time.

2. Accounts & parents

• Our students are children. Accounts are created by our staff or by a parent/guardian, who consents to and is responsible for the child’s use of the service.
• Keep login details private and do not share the account with others. Each account is for one student.
• Please give accurate information so we can deliver classes and certificates correctly.

3. Enrolment & payment

• Access to a course begins after payment is made and confirmed by us (PromptPay / bank transfer).
• Each course may have an access period / expiry date shown at purchase. Live 1-on-1 hours follow the booking, no-show and cancellation rules communicated to you.
• Prices may change from time to time; the price shown at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.

4. Refunds

If you have a problem with a course, please contact us — we will help. Because lessons are digital and accessible immediately, fees are generally non-refundable once you have registered, except where required by law or in the case of a clear error on our side, which we will remedy fairly.

5. Lesson content & copyright

All lessons, videos, exercises and materials are our intellectual property, provided for the enrolled student’s personal learning only. Please do not copy, record, share, resell or publicly distribute them.

6. Student conduct

We want a safe, friendly place to learn. Please be respectful in live classes and chat, do not misuse the system, and do not upload harmful, illegal or inappropriate content. We may suspend an account that breaches these rules.

7. Competitions & awards

From time to time we run activities, competitions or awards, each with its own rules announced at the time. Documents you submit to claim an award are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer

We provide the service with care but cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted (e.g. internet or third-party outages such as Google Meet). To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected course.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
